The drawing showcases a uniquely designed date-pit-shaped ball valve. In terms of shape, the ball valve family has many members, with the most notable being this date-pit-shaped ball valve, which stands out for its unique design and outstanding performance. Additionally, square ball valves and elbow-type ball valves are also important members of the family. These three types of ball valves play a crucial role in the pulverized coal injection systems of domestic steel enterprises' blast furnaces. They are ingeniously installed on the blast furnace tuyere and serve as key components connecting the coal injection lance.
When the coal injection lance is inserted deep into the blast furnace like a brave warrior, the ball valve quietly opens, ensuring an unobstructed path for the injection of pulverized coal. When the coal injection lance completes its mission and is slowly withdrawn from the blast furnace tuyere, the ball inside the valve seems to be endowed with intelligence. Under the dual influence of the blast furnace pressure and its own gravity, it automatically closes, tightly controlling the leakage of hot gas from the furnace and ensuring safe and efficient production.
Even more remarkably, when the coal injection lance is elegantly inserted into the blast furnace tuyere through the quick-connect chuck hole of the ball valve, the ball inside the valve appears to be lifted by an invisible force, achieving an instant seamless connection with the carefully sealed quick-connect chuck fixed on the coal injection lance. When the coal injection lance is withdrawn, the ball once again demonstrates its intelligence by automatically closing the valve, firmly locking in the high-temperature gas inside the furnace and preventing any precious heat from escaping.
It is worth mentioning that the design of the -3 type ball valve is particularly ingenious. Both its steel ball and sealing seat can be easily disassembled for inspection, replacement, and maintenance, greatly improving the equipment's maintenance efficiency and service life. At the same time, to meet the needs of different users, both the steel ball and the housing can be made of carbon steel or stainless steel as required, ensuring the equipment's durability and adaptability.
In addition, our company has independently developed a blast furnace pulverized coal injection device, particularly an arc-swirl nozzle wheel for blast furnace pulverized coal injection, whose technical solution is impressive. This device is cleverly formed by combining a coal injection pipe with a lance head. The top of the lance head is embedded with a spherical pulverized coal atomization disk, and there is a fine gap for pulverized coal airflow between the atomization disk and the end of the lance pipe. When the pulverized coal airflow flows through the lance pipe and is carefully diverted by the atomization disk, it instantly transforms into an umbrella-shaped spray of atomized pulverized coal. These fine pulverized coal streams quickly mix with the blast furnace hot air, achieving full combustion of the pulverized coal. This innovative design not only has a rational structure and is easy to use but also significantly improves the combustion rate of the pulverized coal and the mixing ratio of the pulverized coal with the blast furnace hot air, injecting new vitality into blast furnace pulverized coal injection technology.
In terms of performance parameters, the device has a nominal pressure of 0.6 MPa, a shell test pressure of up to 0.9 MPa, and a sealing test pressure of 0.66 MPa, ensuring stable and reliable operation. At the same time, it has a wide applicable temperature range of up to 350 degrees Celsius and is suitable for various media such as pulverized coal, water, oil, and dust-containing gas, demonstrating strong adaptability and flexibility.
